Cub Campers is looking for an experienced

Service & Warranty Manager

to take charge of our Sydney aftersales operation.

This is not a back-office admin role.

You’ll be the person who

owns the customer experience after delivery , controls the booking schedule and makes sure service, repairs and warranty work get done properly — and on time.

If you thrive in a fast-moving workshop environment, understand technical products and know how to balance customer expectations with workshop productivity, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing You’ll take control of the day-to-day service and warranty operation for Cub Campers Sydney.

That means:

Owning the customer relationship from the first call through to job completion

Running the workshop schedule and keeping jobs moving

Managing bookings, technician workloads and daily job flow

Making sure parts are organised before the customer arrives

Keeping customers informed — especially when things don’t go to plan

Opening, costing and closing job cards accurately

Working closely with technicians and the Parts Interpreter to keep the workshop running efficiently

Preparing and lodging warranty claims with the required evidence and documentation

Coordinating approved warranty repairs and keeping customers updated

Identifying workshop bottlenecks before they become customer problems

Driving quality, productivity and first-time fixes

Reporting on workshop performance, open cases and warranty costs

The goal? A well-run workshop. Jobs completed when promised. Customers who know someone is taking ownership of their concerns.

Who we’re looking for You might currently be a:





Service/Warranty Advisor

Workshop Supervisor

Service Advisor

Service/Warranty Coordinator

You’ll ideally come from the

RV, automotive, marine, truck or heavy equipment industry

and understand what it takes to manage customers, technicians and a busy booking diary at the same time.

You don’t need to know everything about Cub Campers on day one — but you do need to be technically capable, organised and confident dealing with people.

You’ll bring:

Experience managing workshop bookings and schedules

Strong customer warranty/service and communication skills

The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

Sound technical knowledge of

12V and 240V electrical, gas, water, brakes and chassis systems

Experience preparing warranty claims and supporting documentation

A working knowledge of Australian Consumer Law

The confidence to have difficult conversations while maintaining the customer relationship

Robust organisational and administrative skills

Bonus points for:

A trade background in automotive, RV or auto-electrical

Experience with workshop management, ERP or DMS systems

Experience using Odoo
