About You You are an approachable and capable leader who enjoys being present within the home and building a positive culture around your team.

You will also bring:

Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care management experience

Current AHPRA registration

Residential aged care experience

Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Experience leading teams through accreditation and compliance requirements
