Showroom & Warehouse Manager Lead Operations for a Growing Brand Calce Company is seeking a motivated Showroom & WarehouseManager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom and warehouse facility in Banksmeadow.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing team leadership, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently while maintaining excellent service for our loyal trade and design clients.

About the Role As Showroom & WarehouseManager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our warehouse and showroom, ensuring smooth operations across stock management, team coordination, logistics, and customer service.

You’ll work closely with management while supporting staff on the floor, creating a strong communication link between operations and leadership.

This is a full time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and showroom

Lead and support the sales team

Maintain clear communication between staff and management

Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier coordination

Ensure accurate stock control and organised warehouse systems

Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing orders

Support customer enquiries and product advice in the showroom

Prepare quotes for trade clients and custom product solutions





Supervise loading/unloading of deliveries and containers

Maintain a clean, organised and professional showroom environment

Ensure workplace safety and operational standards are maintained

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow

Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a combination of operations experience, leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Essential:

Previous experience in operations, warehouse, or retail management

Robust organisation and time management skills

Proven ability to lead and support a small team

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a hands-on environment

Customer service experience

Ability to lift 20–25kg safely when required

Preferred (but not essential):

Forklift licence

Experience with inventory or stock management systems

Experience working with trade customers or building products
