As the Residential Service Manager, you will provide strong leadership across the residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for residents. You will be responsible for leading and supporting staff, overseeing clinical and operational performance,



and fostering a positive and person-centred culture within the service. About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced aged care leader who has: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Residential Service Manager or similar senior leadership position Strong knowledge of residential aged care operations and clinical governance Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams Strong understanding of the
