Casual or part time options available.

The role requires 10+ hours a week (including rotating Saturdays) and sick leave cover

Hours vary depending on the day, but must be available to work until 6pm

Qualifications & experience Admin/reception experience required

The right candidate takes initiative and thinks outside the box

Tasks & responsibilities Managing communications over multiple platforms

Taking payments and processing rebates (Hicaps/Medicare)

Calling referrals

Supporting clinicians administrative requests
