About the Role:

Join a growing Finance Team and be part of something that makes a genuine difference in our communities! As our Property & Fleet Officer, you’ll help ensure the people delivering essential services have the safe, reliable facilities and vehicles they need to support those who need it most.

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Inverell site. With responsibility for a growing portfolio of more than 70 properties and 50 fleet vehicles, this diverse and rewarding role offers the opportunity to build strong community connections,



support organisational growth, and contribute to meaningful outcomes across the regions we serve.

About You:

You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:

- A positive attitude, exceptional people skills and a customer focus.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask.
- Strong community focus and passion for helping individuals achieve their personal and skilled goals.
- A demonstrated ability to take initiative when completing tasks.
- A demonstrated ability to confidently manage conflict to achieve positive outcomes.
- A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow skilled relationships with a diverse range of people and groups.
- Previous experience in client-advocacy and barrier management (desired).
- Previous administration, customer service or case management experience (desired).
- Class C Driver’s Licence
- Clear National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
