Specialized Property Maintenance is a growing local business based in Wodonga, servicing residential, commercial, government and sporting facility clients across Albury/Wodonga and surrounding areas up to 150km out.

We specialise in gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning, solar panel cleaning, soft washing, graffiti removal, line marking, synthetic tennis court maintenance, and general property maintenance and handyman works.

About the role

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a reliable and motivated all-rounder to join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician.

This is a hands-on outdoor role with a wide variety of work, meaning no two days are the same. You'll be out on the tools across a mix of residential, commercial and sporting facility sites, working both independently and alongside the team.

What you'll be doing

Gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pressure cleaning

Soft washing and property washing

Graffiti removal

Synthetic tennis court maintenance and rejuvenation

Basic handyman services and minor repairs

Operating and maintaining specialised equipment and machinery

Working safely at heights

Daily vehicle and equipment checks, reporting faults promptly

Following all safety procedures, using appropriate PPE and taking part in toolbox meetings

What we're looking for

Current Australian manual driver's licence (essential)





Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical fitness — the role involves regular lifting and carrying, climbing ladders, working at heights and prolonged standing and walking

Reliability and punctuality

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills and qualified presentation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Nice to have, but not essential:

Medium Rigid (MR) licence

White Card

Working at Heights certification

First Aid certificate

Experience in property maintenance, pressure cleaning, construction, landscaping or a trade-related industry

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
