Your New Role

As Property Asset Coordinator/ Fire Safety Coordinator , you will manage fire safety compliance, emergency management planning and fire protection asset maintenance across Council facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing fire safety contracts and compliance activities
- Maintaining emergency and evacuation plans
- Coordinating inspections and maintenance of fire protection systems
- Facilitating fire warden training and emergency drills
- Monitoring compliance with AS 3745 and AS 1851
- Supporting fire safety risk management and asset maintenance strategies
- What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience in fire safety, facilities, property or asset management
- Strong knowledge of AS 3745 and AS 1851




- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Understanding of fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness
- Current C Class Driver's Licence

A qualification in property, building, engineering, project management or asset management will be highly regarded. What You'll Get in Return
