The Role

- Managing a portfolio of 150 properties, end to end.
- Maintaining relationships with Residential Rental Providers
- Arranging repairs and maintenance
- Completing entries, exits and routine inspections
- Full time administration support provided




- We are a fully paperless office
- State-of-the-art technology, including; PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, RP Data, DocUSign, Dropbox etc
- Work from our brand new Fitzroy North office - Free parking

Working Hours

- Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Rotating Saturday open for inspections (1 in 4)

About You

- 2+ years minimum experience managing your own portfolio
- You must be either a Licensed Estate Agent, hold a valid Cert IV in Property Services or Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current driver's license & a squeaky clean record
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”
- A great sense of humour
