We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in our Property Management division. With excellent systems and processes already in place, you’ll be working alongside our experienced Property Management team. Our office outsource ingoing PCR’s and have a dedicated leasing agent, allowing the Property Manager to focus on keeping our clients happy and providing a premium service.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Arranging and managing all maintenance in a timely manner
- Arranging property marketing (ad-hoc)
- Entering invoices and general administration duties
- Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they’re kept to a minimum
- Bond lodgements and disposals
- Routine inspections and final bond inspections
- End to end management of your own small portfolio
- There is no BDM, leasing or trust accounting required

Ideal Candidate:




- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential; would be suited to someone wanting to manage a small and neat portfolio or someone with previous experience in a similar role who is looking to take the next step in their career
- Good knowledge of the RTA
- A high level of customer service with well developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
- You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity
