We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning Property Management team at Harris Kent Town.

Join our Property Management team in our stunning current Harris Kent Town head office - where growth, collaboration, and work-life balance are valued. You will be supported with a structure that allows you, as a Property Manager, to focus on delivering exceptional customer service. With leasing support, along with hands-on, supportive leadership, this is a Property Manager role like no other.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering a six-star service experience
- Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting and overseeing inspections
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs in line with legislative requirements
- Negotiating lease renewals and tenancy arrangements
- Managing arrears, invoices and compliance obligations
- Attending SACAT hearings when required and preparing supporting documentation
- Ensuring all portfolio activities are compliant with current legislation and industry best practice
- Utilising integrated technology platforms to efficiently manage your portfolio and workflow

Who you are:

- Hold a current SA Property Manager licence
- Ideally 2 years experience in residential Property Management
- Strong understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements




- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
