Due to the significant growth of our business, Ray White Preston is looking for a Property Manager to join our innovative and energetic team. Located in the heart of Preston, you will be trained and supported by an award-winning team.

With a separate BDM and Leasing Department, our property management team can focus on property management and relationships rather than filling out authorities and processing applications.

Our close-knit, award-winning team demonstrates exceptional customer service and established processes.

Our state-of-the-art property management software such as Property Tree and Inspection Express automates the majority of administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on handling your portfolio.

As a Property Manager,



you will be overseeing the management of a well looked after portfolio of approximately 180 properties. To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Previous experience in property management

· Completed agents’ rep certificate

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good time-management and computer skills

· A focus on customer service

· To hold a current drivers license and own car A base salary will be negotiated based on experience, with built-in bonus incentives for growing the portfolio.
