About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us and take their career to the next level in a fast paced, supportive and dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience with full qualifications.





This role is supported by a dedicated Leasing and Inspections Manager who will assist you with leasing, ingoing inspections and routine inspections.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Management of a dedicated portfolio
- Managing new business leads
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
- Organise maintenance for properties as required
- Outgoing inspections and bond/tenancy finalisation
- Managing rent arrears
- Managing lease renewals
- Attending SACAT hearings (if required)

About you

- South Australian registered Property Management license
- 1+ years of Property Manager experience
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Extremely well organised
