What we're looking for?

- Trade qualified with at least two years' experience in reputable venues
- Team player with a genuine passion for your trade
- Food Safety Certificate
- Availability over summer with no periods of extended leave between November and April
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
