Looking for someone experienced in:

- Commercial bread production
- Sourdough and biga/fermented doughs
- White, wholemeal and rye breads
- Ciabatta and high-hydration dough
- Dough mixing and development
- Dividing, moulding and proofing
- Rack/deck oven operation
- High-volume production
- Food safety/HACCP
- Consistent product quality

Pay: $65,000.00 – $72,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
