Carpet Court Cairns is a locally owned, family-run business in Cairns, backed by Australia’s largest flooring retailer. We’re looking for an experienced Flooring Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants consistent, professional work without running their own business.
This is a full-time, employed role working on residential, commercial and builder projects across Cairns and Far North Region.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Installing carpet, vinyl and carpet tiles to a high standard
- Floor preparation, levelling and basic subfloor works
- Measuring, cutting and fitting flooring materials
- Maintaining quality, safety and presentation on site
- Occasional warehouse support when required
About you
- Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in flooring installation
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III in Flooring Technology (preferred but not essential)
