We are expanding our Quality team and seeking three Quality Assurance Advisors, with opportunities across Project Delivery and Manufacturing.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will turn Quality requirements into clear actions, reliable evidence and better delivery outcomes. Working within project or manufacturing teams, you will take ownership of assigned Quality activities, coordinate inputs and follow issues through to closure.

You will work within established Quality frameworks, with technical direction and support from Senior Quality Assurance Advisors and the Quality Manager.

Opportunities Available

- Project Delivery: Support Quality planning and delivery across energy projects, including ITPs, ITRs, MDR requirements, FAT/SAT evidence, commissioning and handover.
- Manufacturing: Support inspection and testing, factory evidence, FAT activities and traceable Quality records across Pacific Energy’s manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply approved Quality plans,



processes, templates and evidence requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate, complete and traceable Quality records.
- Support ITPs, ITRs, inspections, testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover activities relevant to your stream.
- Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Project Delivery, Manufacturing, Commissioning, Supply Chain and Document Control.
- Support NCR reporting, root-cause analysis, corrective-action tracking and closure.
- Perform routine audits, process checks and evidence reviews using governed requirements.
- Raise missing information, unclear requirements and delivery risks early.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute practical improvements to Quality tools and ways of working.

About You You take ownership of the detail without losing sight of the delivery outcome. You are organised, methodical and comfortable working with technical teams to make requirements clear and keep actions moving. You follow work through, raise concerns early and understand that reliable Quality evidence must be built during delivery, not assembled at the end.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

- Experience in Quality Assurance, technical administration, inspection and testing,



document control, project support or another evidence-focused role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and traceable records
- Ability to coordinate inputs, manage assigned priorities and follow actions through to closure
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to ISO 9001, Quality records, NCR/CAPA or audit activities is desirable
- Relevant engineering, Quality, trade or technical qualification is desirable, with equivalent experience also considered
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to attend Pacific Energy facilities or project sites when required

Experience with ITPs, ITRs, MDRs, FAT/SAT, commissioning, handover, manufacturing inspection or factory records will be highly regarded.
