Your recent companyA rare opportunity exists for an experienced Quality, Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join a respected organisation on a temporary contract for approximately three to five months. Supporting the General Manager, Finance & Governance, you will play a key role in maintaining quality, risk and compliance frameworks while ensuring critical governance activities continue seamlessly during a period of leave coverage.

You will take ownership of established processes and quickly become a trusted partner across the organisation. This role will suit a highly organised professional who enjoys working across governance, risk management, compliance, policy administration and continuous improvement.

Your new roleYou will support the delivery of quality, risk and compliance initiatives while maintaining key governance and reporting activities. Responsibilities will include managing risk registers, coordinating audits and reviews, overseeing policy and document control processes, maintaining compliance frameworks, preparing reports and supporting continuous improvement activities across the organisation.

You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure legislative obligations are met, quality systems remain effective, and organisational policies and procedures are kept current.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience in a quality, risk and compliance role, with the ability to quickly step into established frameworks and processes.
- Experience maintaining quality management systems, risk registers, compliance activities, audit programs and controlled documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, continuous improvement and governance principles.
- Proven ability to coordinate policy and procedure review cycles, ensuring documents remain current,



compliant and appropriately version controlled.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, build relationships and provide advice across all levels of an organisation.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, recurring review schedules and reporting deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, committee papers, meeting documentation and governance reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel and Word, with experience working with registers, databases or document management systems.
- Successful candidate must be willing to have a Hays paid NPC run prior to commencing.
