This role is ideal for seasoned accounting professionals with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow within the organisation. In joining the Sales and Property Management Team you will assist and manage the current growing needs within the team with the overall responsibility of overseeing Belouis Realty's Financial Operations in the Real Estate portfolio within 3 states. You will oversee and manage the Compliance and Operations of the Trust Accounts and the team. You will need to have a business management sense to grow the Trust account arm with compliance, procedures, and strict deadlines, and develop the Trust accounts team to support the expected growth across all 3 states.

Key responsibilities

Manage Trust Accounts within 3 States ensuring compliance with legislation, processing transactions and supporting Property Management team

Prepare monthly financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions





Maintain accurate records to facilitate audits and ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations

Liaise with Property Managers and clients regarding Trust Account balances and transactions

Daily receipting and checking bank statements

Disbursement of funds to vendors and landlords

Reconciling sales and rental trust account, weekly and end of month

About you

Hold a current Real Estate licence to manage trust accounts and ensure compliance with legislation

Proficient with accounting software such as Property Me and Eagle Software, Inspect Real Estate (Leasing) and Excel Spreadsheets

Solid background in Real Estate Accounting, Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Outstanding telephone manner and time management

Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
