Located in the heart of Regents Park, our beautiful, purpose-built, and well-resourced early childhood service caters for up to 95 children each day across six engaging learning environments. About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping our educational programs, mentoring studio educators, and driving high-quality practice across the service. You will design and deliver a stimulating, developmentally rich, and play-based curriculum that allows children to develop their emotional, social, and intellectual intelligence.

What You'll Be Doing

- Planning, implementing, and evaluating an engaging,



approved Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Creating a warm, predictable environment that supports emotional security and a natural desire to learn.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and the local community.
- Mentoring and collaborating with room educators to deliver exceptional early childhood practices.
- Maintaining high compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and centre policies.
- Leading and supporting smooth transitions, routines, and positive behaviour guidance with empathy.

What You'll Bring

- AN ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/working towards).
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child-centred, play-based pedagogy.
- Confidence in mentoring others, driving high-quality practice, and leading a team.
- National Child Safety Training Certificate (Geccko).
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
