Experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Leading Hand Highrise Multi Res Plumber

$180,000 – $200,000 per year (depending on experience)

About the Role:

n

You will be responsible for leading plumbing works on-site, coordinating crews, and ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Australian Standards.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews on high-rise multi-residential construction projects
n
- Install, maintain and oversee hydraulic services (water, sanitary, stormwater, gas where applicable)
n
- Read and interpret hydraulic drawings, specifications, and schematics
n
- Plan and coordinate daily site activities in line with construction programs
n
- Maintain productivity while ensuring high-quality workmanship
n
- Ensure compliance with all site safety and regulatory requirements
n
- Liaise effectively with site managers, foremen, engineers, and other trades
n
- Assist with material scheduling and site coordination
n

About You:

n

We are targeting candidates with solid, proven high-rise multi-residential experience. Specifically:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years commercial plumbing experience,



with a strong focus on high-rise multi-residential projects
n
- Demonstrated experience as a supervisor or leading hand on multi- story residential builds
n
- Strong understanding of stack systems, multi-level hydraulics, and services coordination
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret hydraulic plans and specifications
n
- Experience working within structured site environments and tight build programs
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and QLD plumbing regulations
n
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
n
- Current QLD Plumbing Licence (mandatory)
n
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Full Australian work rights
n

Requirements (PPE & Tools):

n

- PPE: Steel cap boots, hard hat, high-vis, long pants
n
- Tools: Full plumbing tool kit (hand tools, levels, pipe cutters, drills, etc.)
n
