About the Role

n

Our client is a small, up-to-date and exceptionally clean manufacturing facility located in Wetherill Park. The business uses high tech machinery to manufacture small to medium-sized boxes and is looking for a reliable Process Worker / Pick Packer to join their friendly team.

n

This is a straightforward role that would suit someone who enjoys hands on work, routine tasks and working as part of a small team.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

Remove finished boxes from the production machinery

n

Check products for quality

n

Pack and stack finished products

n

Prepare products for dispatch

n

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

n

Follow workplace safety and production procedures

n

Work consistently and efficiently throughout the day

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable and punctual

n





Is comfortable standing for extended periods

n

Enjoys repetitive, hands on work

n

Has a good work ethic and positive attitude

n

Can follow instructions and work as part of a team

n

Is physically capable of packing and stacking products

n

Has a willingness to learn

n

Good reading and writing skills – for reading labels

n

Safety minded

n

Previous factory or pick-packing experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
