We are seeking a qualified Sheetmetal Tradesperson to take on a great new role in the heart of Newcastle for a thriving manufacturer with over 50 years of industry experience! Be part of a modern, workshop setting making a variety of custom and industrial products.

THE ROLE:
n
n
- Sheetmetal fabrication across stainless, aluminium and mild steel
n
- Working from drawings to produce high quality components
n
- Operating press brakes, rolling and folding machines
n
- General workshop fabrication, forming and finishing
n
- Working on a mix of industrial,
commercial and custom projects
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
- Qualified Sheetmetal Worker with 3+ years post-trade experience
n
- Valid forklift licence
n
- Able to MIG & TIG on mild, stainless and aluminium
n
- Able to read and interpret drawings
n
- Experience with press brakes, folding or rolling machines is highly regarded
n
- Strong focus on detail, quality and safety in the workshop
n
n
