The Vault on William is the exciting new sister venue to the well-established The Vault on Ruthven in Toowoomba. We are a growing Queensland hospitality group that have just opened a 2 nd high-end adult entertainment and late-night venue in the heart of Rockhampton.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, exceptional customer service, and creating a safe, sophisticated environment for both patrons and performers.

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Duty Manager to join us. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the successful smooth running of the venue.

n

This is a great opportunity to get in early with a new venue and grow with the business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Ongoing Operations:
n
- Act as Duty Manager on shift – running front-of-house and venue operations
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and VIP experiences
n
- Monitor adult entertainment performances (full training provided)
n
- Manage staff on shift, cash handling, and end-of-night procedures
n
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
n
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety, and venue policies
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in hospitality management, Duty Manager, or senior bar supervisor roles
n
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
- Excellent customer service skills with a calm, professional demeanour
n
- RSA Certificate is required
n
- Approved Manager's Licence and RMLV highly preferred (we will support the right candidate in obtaining these and offer full reimbursement)
n
- Availability for late nights and weekends
n
- Australian citizenship or Permanent residency with unrestricted work rights required for this position
n
