Acute Laser operates multiple laser cutting machines and presses, we laser cut and fold metal components for a wide range of customers in South East Queensland. We are situated in Carole Park in a modern purpose built factory with good staff facilities.

We are looking for a Warehouse Store person who is honest, energetic with a proven track record to join our team and support the continued growth of our business.

n

This is a fulltime role with versatile starting times doing 38hrs a week Mon - Fri with overtime as required. This role will look after all packing, receiving, dispatch and deliveries from our Carole Park facility. It will include QA checks on all inward and outward goods.

About the role

n

This is a hands‐on, varied position which includes but not limited to the following duties:

- Quality checks on finished jobs and packaging them up as required
n
- Managing inwards goods, receipting and putting stock away
n
- Loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles
n
- Maintaining warehouse presentation
n
- Deliveries
n
- Customer service, for customer pick ups
n

- Good communication and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and a common‐sense approach
n
- Actively looks for ways to improve efficiency and workflow
n
- Clean manual driver's licence is essential
n
- Minimum 2+ years forklift experience
n
- Valid forklift licence required at commencement
n
- Good IT skills
n
- Physically fit — manual lifting and handling required daily
n
- Strong work ethic and a "get in and get it done" mindset
n
- Australian work authorisation required
n
- Well‐presented, confident dealing with customers, and able to communicate professionally
n
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment
n
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills and neat hand writing
n
