This is a hands‐on role working within a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working on the production line, handling finished products, preparing pallets and ensuring the production process continues to run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Working on a fast-paced production line
n
- Removing finished products from the production line
n
- Stacking and arranging finished products safely onto pallets
n
- Replenishing and refilling raw materials required for production
n
- Performing manual handling, including lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving products
n
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for movement or dispatch
n
- Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
n
- Keeping production and work areas clean, safe, and organised
n
- Following all site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements
n
- Working closely with machine operators and other production team members
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or warehousing is highly regarded
n
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
n
- Physically fit and able to work effectively in a rapid‐paced environment
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
n
- Willingness to undertake repetitive production duties
n
- Available for ongoing work
n
