The Role:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
n
- Working closely alongside our Investment Managers to build skills and confidence
n
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
n
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
n
- Support from an off-shore team to assist with administration and processing
n
- Routine inspections and follow-ups
n
- Seminars, coaching and ongoing training
n
- Clear career progression within a high-performing team
n
- Previous experience in property management is required, along with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
