Wildfire Engraving is a busy small business operating from a warehouse in Yatala, QLD, manufacturing and engraving a wide range of cutting boards, custom awards, wedding items and more. This is a flexible, creative role suited to a person with Graphic Design experience, a love for woodworking, laser engraving and creative tasks, and sales/customer service knowledge. Onsite training will be provided for the laser engraver; basic knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary. Key responsibilities

Proofing and liaising with customers via email and phone Organising orders and keeping up with deadlines Operating a Laser Engraver and engraving orders Packing orders and booking couriers Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace About you

Basic Graphic Design skills; understanding of programs like Corel Draw will be beneficial Laser Engraving skills,



or keen to learn them Fantastic organisational skills Able to engrave, pack and send orders out on time

This is a relatively

temporary

position, to cover an existing employee's maternity leave for the whole year of 2027. However, most preferably, we would like someone to start with us part-time for October, November and December of this year, during our busiest period, to learn all the ins and outs. If Wildfire expands further next year, the position could become permanent. We are extremely versatile with work hours. Approx 25 – 38 hours, between 6am – 4pm and Monday – Friday. We are happy to work around school hours, and this would be a great role for someone returning to the workforce.
