The Role As the face of Sy's Harley-Davidson, you will deliver a premium purchasing journey from first enquiry to keys-handover. You will combine product mastery with strong closing ability, ensuring every customer experiences the pride and prestige of owning a Harley-Davidson. Key responsibilities include:

Generating sales for new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles Conducting test rides and participating in dealership and group rides Actively managing leads, enquiries,



and customer follow-ups Working closely with Workshop, Parts & Accessories to ensure customers are fully equipped Building deep product knowledge across the Harley-Davidson range Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation What's On Offer 5-day working week (industry standard is 6 days) Attractive commission structure with performance-based bonuses Strong job security within an established, high-performing dealership Clear career progression pathways , including:
