to lead their on-site construction team.



They are looking for experienced candidates who can contribute to their high standard of work and continue to build their company's reputation for excellent, effective and timely demolition services.

The Opportunity The primary purpose of the

Leading Hand

position is to supervise 5-10 labourers and coordinate the different construction sites in a methodical manner whilst being hands-on to set the pace on site. The

Labouring

work is mainly interior strip-outs and detailed demolition.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

3+ years of experience in the construction industry

A valid driver's licence

Current white card

A high level of physical fitness
