Working across inpatient services (CDAMS), falls and balance clinics, and GEM@home, with scope to develop further geriatric outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will deliver high quality clinical care, lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute to non-clinical service development in the excellent South West Victoria region.
