About the Role We’re looking for an organised andproactive Sales Administrator to provide day-to-day supportacross a busy residential salesportfolio.

You’ll play animportant role in keeping listings, campaigns, client communication andsales administration runningsmoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing listing documents, proposals, contracts andcorrespondence

Coordinating newproperty listings andmarketing campaigns

Managing photography, floorplans, signage and advertising

Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors andsuppliers

Managing theLead Agent’s diary, appointments and follow-ups

Maintaining CRM anddatabase records

Supporting appraisals andcomparative market information

Coordinating open homesandinspections

Managing buyer enquiriesand follow-up

Supporting contracts throughto settlement

Preparing sales reportsand campaign updates





Providing general administrativesupport

About You You’ll be highlyorganised, proactive andcomfortable working ina fast-pacedenvironment.

You may come from background in:

Sales Administration

Sales Support

Personal Assistance

Administration

Real Estate Administration

Customer Service

Real estate experienceis advantageous butnot essential. What matters mostis your abilityto stay organised, communicate confidentlyand take ownershipof your work.

You’ll also bring:

Strong administration andorganisational skills

Excellent communicationskills

High attention todetail

Confidencedealing with clientsand stakeholders

Ability to managecompeting priorities

A proactive andpositive attitude

Experiencewith CRM orproperty systems isadvantageous

QLD real estateregistration/certificateis advantageous
