2 x Contract Administrators , with opportunities available across its
High-Rise Residential
and
Fitout & Refurbishment
divisions.

Depending on the division, your responsibilities will include:
Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
Preparing scopes of works
Subcontract administration
Progress claims and payment schedules
Variations and cost management
Forecasting and commercial reporting
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and the wider commercial team
Managing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
About You: For the
High-Rise Residential opportunity , experience across apartments, multi-residential, commercial or other large-scale construction projects will be highly regarded.
For the
Fitout & Refurbishment opportunity , we're keen to speak with CAs from commercial fitout, refurbishment, upgrades or similar project backgrounds.
You'll ideally have:
Previous Contract Administrator experience within construction
Strong procurement and subcontract administration skills
Good commercial and contractual knowledge
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive attitude and genuine ambition to progress your career
Relevant Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering qualifications are advantageous
