In this role you will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and drive an elevated customer experience across the floor, KPIs and operations. You’ll work closely with Store and Area Management to identify opportunities for performance and progression. Ideal candidates show leadership experience, a love for fashion and premium products, and robust communication skills.
