You'll bring strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to translate complex data into meaningful insights that support quality improvement, clinical governance and informed decision-making.

About you You're a data-driven problem solver who can turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights that support better decisions, quality improvement and patient outcomes.

Bring

high-level analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills , with experience in data quality, performance analysis and reporting.

Have strong

data management and technical capability ,



including experience with Business Intelligence, databases, dashboards and Microsoft Office applications.

Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to

translate complex data into clear reports, advice and actionable recommendations .

Demonstrate experience supporting

projects, quality improvement initiatives and organisational change

within a complex service environment.

Ideally, have experience with

Queensland Health systems such as HBCIS, ieMR and FirstNet , with health-sector experience highly regarded.
