WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Civil Labouring: General civil labouring and site support Assisting with conduits, kerbs, footpaths and bio basins Grade checking, levelling and site preparation Spotting plant and assisting machinery operators Retaining wall and concrete sleeper installation assistance General site clean-up and maintaining a safe work environment

General Labouring: Manual handling, lifting and moving materials Stacking and organising products and materials Assisting with production and warehouse operations Using hand and power tools where required Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Working alongside a team to meet daily targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals Previous civil, construction, warehouse or general labouring experience highly regarded Current White Card for civil construction opportunities Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling Strong work ethic and positive attitude Roller operating experience and relevant tickets highly regarded for suitable civil projects Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test (mandatory for certain roles) Own reliable transport and driver's licence highly regarded
