to join our growing teams across the Sunshine Coast.

Imaging Queensland and Integral Diagnostics (IDX) network .

Our teams are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience, from the moment a patient walks through our doors to the completion of their appointment.

About the Role

As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey and the wider clinical team.

Your day will include:

Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service

Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries

Answering phones and responding to patient queries

Processing accounts, Medicare and private health claims

Supporting Radiologists, Sonographers and Radiographers

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient information

Liaising with patients, referrers and medical practices

Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

Participating in team meetings, training and ongoing development

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoy helping others





Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals

Organised, reliable and able to multitask

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Professional and respectful when handling confidential information

A team player who is willing to learn and support others

Previous medical reception or healthcare experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to candidates with strong customer service and administration experience.
