We’re looking for

Part-Time Guest Service Agent

to join our Front Office team. Candidates with availability of up to full-time hours are highly preferred, offering the opportunity to work additional hours when business needs require. This position will play an important role in creating positive first and last impressions for our guests, while also supporting our

valet parking operations .

Full-Time / Part-Time Guest Service Agent voco Melbourne Central | IHG Hotels & Resorts Your day-to-day will include:

Welcoming guests with a warm, genuine and personalized approach

Delivering a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience

Assisting guests with enquiries, requests, hotel facilities, services and local recommendations

Supporting valet parking operations, including safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles

Coordinating guest arrivals and departures and assisting with luggage where required

Maintaining a strong presence in the lobby and being attentive to guest needs

Handling guest concerns and requests professionally, taking ownership through to resolution

Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Processing payments,



guest accounts and other Front Office transactions accurately

Following hotel and IHG procedures, standards and safety requirements

Promoting IHG One Rewards and assisting guests with membership enquiries

Assisting with general Front Office and hotel operations as required

What we’re looking for:

Previous hotel Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or customer service experience is preferred

Full, unrestricted Australian driver license is required

Confident and safe driving ability, with the ability to drive and park a range of guest vehicles

Previous valet parking experience is highly regarded

Previous experience with

Opera PMS

is highly regarded

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality

A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a quick‑paced environment

A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and varying shifts
