About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their owners

Managing client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email

Supporting the day to day appointment and admission schedule

Completing general administration and clerical duties

Taking payments and managing invoices and accounts

Ensuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organised

Assisting across different areas of the hospital as required





Working collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care

What We’re Looking For

Previous reception or customer service experience is essential

Veterinary industry reception experience highly regarded but not essential

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach

Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

A team first mindset and commitment to contributing to a supportive workplace culture

A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
