Join a high-performing delivery team supporting the development and enhancement of critical Salesforce applications within a large Federal Government environment.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, configuring and supporting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, working closely with solution leads, business analysts, testers and release managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio and Aura
- Configure custom objects, flows, permission sets, sharing rules and other platform features
- Participate in business requirements analysis and solution design activities
- Produce technical and solution documentation
- Support testing, deployment and release management processes
- Apply Salesforce best practices and contribute to ongoing platform improvements

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale integrated solutions
- Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, HTML and CSS




- Experience with Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and administration
- Experience with version control systems and up-to-date CI/CD practices
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification

Desirable

- Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Architect certifications
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or Data Cloud Consultant certification
