Belladoor Property Management – Surfers Paradise QLD This is a hands-on and varied role working as a Housekeeping and Accommodation Supervisor across short-term accommodation properties on the Gold Coast. You will spend some of your time completing housekeeping yourself and the rest inspecting properties, supporting the housekeeping team and ensuring properties are genuinely guest-ready. You may also drop off supplies or linen and help resolve day-to-day issues that naturally arise in short-term accommodation. Our properties are individual apartments and homes located across the Gold Coast, primarily between Labrador and Mermaid Beach, so you will need to be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the day. Key responsibilities Complete housekeeping cleans to a high standard Supervise and support other housekeepers Inspect properties following cleans and before guest arrivals Ensure properties are clean, well-presented and properly guest-ready Check beds, bathrooms, kitchens,
amenities and general presentation Identify cleaning issues and ensure they are rectified Provide feedback and support to housekeepers where required Identify and report maintenance issues during property inspections and cleans Take photos and provide clear details of maintenance issues when required About you Previous skilled housekeeping or short-term accommodation experience Excellent attention to detail and high standards Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle (essential) Reliable, organised and punctual Happy to be hands-on and complete cleaning yourself Practical and able to use initiative Comfortable communicating with tradespeople and team members Can work independently and make sensible decisions Friendly and professional manner Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, photos and work-related apps
