Onsite Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately within SAP Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment Responding to customer enquiries via email Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up Maintaining a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail About You

Previous experience in customer service, customer care or order processing SAP experience is essential Strong written communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed FMCG experience highly regarded If you are available to start immediately and have SAP experience within a customer service or order management environment,
