We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic T rainee Recent Vehicle Sales Consultant

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills, a positive attitude and the drive to build a successful career in automotive sales.

Previous vehicle-sales experience is not required. We will provide the training, product knowledge and support needed to help the right person succeed

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Whether you are an experienced automotive professional or transitioning from retail, hospitality, or a customer service background, we welcome individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Working alongside our experienced sales team, you will learn how to:

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements

Present and demonstrate new vehicles

Conduct professional test drives

Follow up customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels

Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience





Develop strong knowledge of our vehicle range, features and technology

Assist customers throughout the sales and delivery process

Maintain the presentation of the showroom and vehicle display areas

Work toward individual and dealership sales targets

Develop the skills required to become a successful automotive salesperson

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone who:

Is confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with people

Has a genuine interest in cars and automotive technology

Is motivated by goals and enjoys working in a team environment

Has excellent presentation and communication skills

Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn

Can follow up customers consistently and professionally

Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Is comfortable using computers and digital communication
