Sofitel Melbourne on Collins in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Conference & Events Attendant (Casual) to warmly welcome guests, coordinate event set-ups and service for corporate functions, weddings and celebrations. You will assist the C&E; Supervisor, lead and train current staff, manage food and beverage service, and maintain high hygiene and presentation standards. Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
