The Apprenticeship If you have a keen and curious interest in electrical technology, then this is the Apprenticeship for you! This hands-on Apprenticeship will see you learning from passionate professionals as you develop your skills and gain a nationally recognised Trade Qualification. Some of the skills you will develop include:

Develop an understanding of electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and diagrams to determine job requirements

Plan and measure the layout of wiring systems

Test, find, and repair electrical problems and breakdowns

Install, troubleshoot and commission electrical and electronic assets

Connect electrical equipment to power supplies

Coding and a focus on Building Management Systems

Cairns Hours of Work:

7.30am - 4pm (negotiable), Monday - Friday What’s in it for you?

About You

Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia

Minimum completion of Year 12 High School

Driver’s License and reliable transport

Completed a Certificate II in Electrotechnology

National Police check
