Picklezone is a new indoor pickleball centre located in Springvale, VIC dedicated to sport and creating a welcoming, active community.

We are looking for an

honest, reliable, punctual and attentive person

who is friendly with customers, willing to learn, and able to remain calm and skilled under pressure.

This role may suit an experienced

venue supervisor, reception, retail or customer service all-rounder

who is ready to take on more responsibility and be involved in the day-to-day operation of a new venue.

Pickleball experience is welcome but not essential.

Roll key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers, managing check-ins and responding to enquiries.

Managing bookings, memberships, POS and reception duties.

Maintaining venue presentation and ensuring courts are ready for play

Opening and closing the venue and completing shift handovers.

Coordinating social sessions, groups sessions and events

Customer engagement, social media content,



events and membership growth activities.

Monitoring the venue and identifying operational or safety issues.

Applying venue rules politely and consistently

Escalating customer, safety or operational issues when required.

Requirements

First Aid/CPR is preferred, and it must be obtained before commencement.

Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, sport/recreation, reception, retail or venue operations is highly regarded.

Other role notes

The role is part time/casual with approximately 10-25 hours rostered per week, depending on availability and venue requirements.

The roster will include

weekdays, evenings, and weekends .
