About the Role As a Domestic Assistance & Support Worker, you’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while living in their own homes or within community settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

Domestic cleaning and household tasks

Meal preparation

Social support and companionship

Community access, including transport to appointments and shopping

Personal care (where qualified and required)

Medication assistance (where trained)

Respite and in-home support

About You We’re looking for people who are:

Compassionate, respectful, and dependable

Passionate about supporting others to live independently

Excellent communicators with a positive attitude

Able to work independently while following care plans

Flexible and committed to providing high-quality care

Essential Requirements You will hold (or be willing to obtain):

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or equivalent where relevant)

Current National Police Check (within 12 months)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (where required)

Working with Children Check (where required)

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Current Queensland Driver Licence

A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
