About the Role As a

Business Development Manage r, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities

Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry networks

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals

Delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating commercial outcomes

Developing innovative sales strategies to support business growth

Managing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities

Working closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong business development and relationship management skills

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities

A tenacious, resilient and results-driven approach

The ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace

Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of operational requirements

While experience within the Freight and Logistics industry is

highly
