acrossGold Coast areas. Roar has operated for over a year now in SE QLD and we're excited to continue building out our capabilities due to strong demand from our clients. We partner with leading builders and subcontractors in both the residential and commercial construction sectors, and we're looking for motivated people who are ready to get stuck in and make a real difference onsite. About the Role

You'll support various construction projects with duties including: General site clean-up and manual handling

Assisting trades and operating basic hand/power tools

Spotting for plant and machinery

Material movement and overall site organisation

Supporting site supervisors with daily tasks

What You'll Need

White Card

(essential)

WWCC – Employee

(highly regarded / preferred)

Fit Mask Tested

Hoist Ticket





Forklift Ticket

Minimum 6 months onsite experience

Experience working on all types of construction sites including residential, commercial, or civil projects

Reliable transport and a robust work ethic

PPE: Steel cap boots, long pants, hi-vis

Ability to work safely and follow instructions

Must have valid Australian work authorisation or visa with appropriate work rights

Base line rate of $36.06/hr + super + allowances (with increases to rate based on experience and character)
