Act on a





range of general commercial litigation matters

including for Corporations as well as Directors & Officers in securities claims and class actions, general corporate/financial services disputes; Regulatory investigations; civil penalty proceedings pursued by ASIC and other Regulators; and criminal prosecutions arising from alleged misconduct in financial markets.
